GARY WORNELLIN IHMEELLINEN LUONTO
Wornellin kuvaamat pinnat väreineen viittaavatkin eniten myyttiseen "ihmeelliseen luontoon". Anne Rouhiainen

GARY WORNELL'S AMAZING LANDSCAPES
'...Gary Wornell has on display abstract landscapes produced by combining digital photography, inkjet processes and graphic art. This technique creates museum quality results. Wornell's works are in the area of lithographs and silkscreen prints and described by the term "giclée".
Technically and artistically it is still pioneering work that cannot be compared to anything seen before in Finland. Most likely Wornell's exhibition will interest photographers, graphic artists and gallery goers alike. The technique is bound to spread quickly.
Wornell's art blurs the boundaries. By using landscape photographs as a foundation for the work, and inkjet pigments, the resulting imagery suggests the bottom of the sea or other natural formations or creatures. Wornell's surfaces and colours mostly refer to mythical 'amazing landscapes'. Anne Rouhiainen
